Efficio 5.0 transparently integrates the best of what Efficio has to offer in media sales CRM, Yield Management and Proposal Builder.  Sales activity updates to Efficio from traffic systems* throughout the day with Traffic Sync, which adjusts your dynamic rate card in Efficio’s Yield Management System.  Those rates automatically populate into Efficio’s Proposal Builder based on the flight dates selected by the user.  The proposal, in turn, can create an AEs pending business.  The Proposal Builder will export orders in the 4-A’s industry standard xml format for direct order placement into a number of popular traffic systems.  What’s more, proposals will populate pending against available inventory based confidence level, so Managers can take into account the impacts of pending business on their rate strategy.  This triple threat can redundant work and data entry by a sales staff and creates  efficiency, visibility and analytics throughout your sales organization.
