Are you a media Sales Leader who is “over” the Corporate life?

DESCRIPTION:   Candidate will assume the project role of Regional Sales Manager and will be responsible for generating news sales of Efficio Software Services to clients primarily engaged in the television radio business. Candidate will also be responsible for establishing a positive customer relationship strategy with sales management and executive management at client stations that will ensure customer satisfaction and subsequent renewals of Efficio Software Services. Candidate is expected to track customer sales and sales management personnel and ensure they are engaged and correctly using the Efficio system. Additional details are defined below. Candidate will update Chris Crawford, GSM of Efficio Solutions during weekly sales meetings and/or David Einstein as directed, the Company’s Co-President of Sales and Marketing, as to the achievement of project objectives.


  • At least 2 + years of broadcast sales, agency or client-side experience, preferably with media sales or agency buying experience.
  • Ability to effectively interact and present to large and small groups.
  • Ability to interact with all client and staff levels (sellers at all skill levels, sales assistants, sales managers, traffic and business personnel).
  • Excellent oral/written and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel 1-2+ times per month (1-5 days each time) to client locations for training (may be months with no travel).
  • Self-starter, customer-focused and strong work ethic.
  • Previous experience in television sales management, national rep sales experience, sales training, research or media software applications a plus.
  • Must have or be willing to procure own tools, office supplies, computer equipment (including hardware, software, and peripherals), high speed internet, dedicated phone line.
  • Must possess excellent internet and computer skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).BS/BA in related field of study preferred.

Candidate agrees to be responsible for the following project objectives, which are subject to change based upon the business needs:


  1. Accept a revenue budget for CRM and Yield revenue streams and be accountable for achieving these budgets on a quarterly and annual basis.
  2. With Candidate knowledge of account list potential, Candidate will assist sales management in identifying target account for development and the overall revenue possibilities from managed accounts that are the responsibility of Candidate.
  3. Deliver a minimum of 15 product demonstrations a month for yield and CRM products to qualified prospects, and inform management of these demos by using shared calendar services at Efficio.
  4. Be knowledgeable, proficient, and competent at conducting demonstrations on all Efficio products with potential clients. This includes answering questions from clients during demonstrations and possessing a full understanding of all the product capabilities, navigation tools, and reports contained within Efficio.
  5. Initiate client agreements within the correct financial/rate parameters previously published via the rate card, and review with management for agreement approval before submitting to clients for execution.
  6. Log into Efficio and communicate sales activities so management has visibility on accounts being managed by Candidate, and facilitate understanding on the account development.
  7. Conduct client needs analysis after closed sales to assist with data uploads, system design, data testing, and launch parameters as set by Efficio.
  8. Regularly contact clients to maintain positive relationships and endeavor to understand evolving Efficio usage, facilitate any training needs for that client by the customer service team, and mitigate any issues present with that client that may impact renewal.
  9. Communicate knowledge and intelligence with internal Efficio departments to clearly communicate client needs, Efficio usage, and any additional training request to customer service team.
  10. Maintain a weekly sales meeting with sales management to discuss client development activities opportunities, account lists, accounts receivables, and training issues.
  11. Avail yourself to be current on all product developments, enhancements, and trouble-shooting issues that are required for a software product that is under ongoing constant development.
  12. Respond to any correspondence, including telephone calls, faxes, instant messages, e-mails, or any other form of communications from company management, company employees, company Candidates, or clients in a timely fashion to facilitate new sales, client retention, and/or needs from customer service and training staff.
  13. Assist company in gaining understanding and generating data on Efficio competitors gleaned from client interactions.
